Below-Grade
Waterproofing
Below-grade waterproofing is the process of applying protective coatings and membranes to the building's foundation that is below the ground. Below grade waterproofing is necessary to help prevent the infiltration of moisture and water into the buildings foundation and can help provide the necessary protection from damages that may occur in the future.
Traffic Coating
(Vehicular & Pedestrian)
Traffic coating is used in parkades and on balconies, it is done by applying a liquid polyurethane barrier onto concrete slabs and wooden decks to protect them from water damage. We are equipped with top-of-the-line kettles and our crew is efficient and fast paced at applying multiple layers of hot rubber with a reinforced layer in-between topping it with a protection board to help ensure that your surfaces remain protected. Hot rubber waterproofing eliminates any seams, thus reducing any issues that may arise when detailing transitions. This material is a great choice for suspended slabs, plaza decks and more.
